It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yolanda De La Paz (Kingsville, Texas), who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernesto De La Paz, Sr.; her parents, Florentino Benavidez and Delia; her siblings, Teresa Zapata and Alfredo Torres, Jr.; and her son-in-law Rolando L. Bazan.
She is survived by: her children, Nilda Bazan, Ernesto De La (Patricia), Roel De La (Elia), Rogelio De La (Rachel) and Nora De La Paz; and her siblings, Connie DeLeon (Arnulfo), Gloria De La (Leonel), Olga Alaniz (Rene), Mary Longoria (Alfredo) and Angel Torres (Maria). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
