He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Garza and Angelina Garza; the mother of his children Ofelia T. Garza; and his sister Elva G. Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Garza; his children, William D. Garza, Vanessa G. Martinez (Ruben) and Randolph Garza (Eloisa); and his grandchildren, Marina A. Garza, Noah A. Martinez, Christian M. Garza and Ava K. Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
