Meza of Kingsville, TX; his children, Andrew Carlos Meza of Kingsville, TX and Diana Victoria Garza (Jonathan) of Kingsville, TX; and his siblings, Ofilia Meza of Kingsville, TX, Rosa Beltran (Angel) of Ricardo, TX, Lucila Garza (JoJo) of Kingsville, TX and Juan Francisco Meza of Kingsville, TX. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
