He was predeceased by: his father Warren Sykes; and his stepfather Jesus Amaya, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice Amaya of Kingsville, TX; his siblings, Amelia Stewart of Meridian, MS and Mark Suban (Laura) of Dumfries, VA; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Stewart, Shannon Suban, Samuel Stewart and Shayne Suban; his great-nephew Micheal; and his great-niece Alexis.
