She is survived by: her sons, David Cavazos (Tracy) and Arnold Cavazos; her grandchildren, Joe David Cavazos (Katie), Michael Cavazos (Jannette), Stephanie Mejia (Jesse), Kenneth Cavazos (Heather), Deresa Cavazos, Darlene Ortiz, Arnold Cavazos, Aaron Cavazos and Patrick Cavazos; her great grandchildren, Leanna, Kaitlyn, Melina, Jesse Rey, Novalee, Amerie, David, Noah, Joseph, Manuel, Michael, Renee, Alice, Kitai, Lauren, Madilyn, Oran, Melinda of Lupe, CJ and Deziree; her husband Manuel Cavazos Jr.; her son Jose Manuel Cavazos; and her siblings, Anastacio Buitron, Pedro Buitron, Guadalupe Buentello and Juanita Gutierrez.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Martin Catholic Church (715 N 8th St, Kingsville, TX 78363).
