She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis McGill and Sally McGill; her husband Charles Taylor; her daughter Rebecca Taylor; her sons-in-law, Gary Smith and Roy Ennes; and her close friend Irene Woolsey.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Taylor (Janet) of San Antonio, Debby Bunch (Donald) of Cumby, Joni Ennes of Kingsville and Tom Taylor of Conroe. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and loving friends.
Shirley Jean Taylor went to her forever home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2020 after battling COVID-19.
