He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Salvador Barrera and Petra Barrera; his wife Ernestine; his children, Jose Enrique (Myrna), Salvador Sonny III, Robert Andrew (Valerie) of Randolph Wisconsin, Javier Omar and Laura Lynette Mendiola (Israel) of Beaumont; and his siblings, Rosa Barrera Esquivel (Phil Sr.), Adelina Barrera Canales (Tavo), Angie Winget (Art) and Gilberto Adan Barrera (Daisy). He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
At the request of the family due to COVID 19 they are respectfully requesting that mask be worn for the safety and protection of loved ones.
