He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brigido Salinas and Rosa Salinas; his children, Rolando Salinas Jr of Corpus Christi and Christy Salinas of Corpus Christi; and his siblings, Carlos Salinas (Maria) of Kingsville, Brigido Salinas of Kingsville, Arnold Salinas (Susie) of Kingsville, Joe Henry Salinas (Francis) of Roseburg, Laura Yolanda Chavez of Ricardo, Edna Garcia of Bloomington, Delia Floyd of El Campo, Olga Cavazos (Hector) of Corpus Christi and Lupe Gonzalez of Robstown. He was also cherished by several grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
