He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesus Rios and Guadalupe Rios; his wife Maria Gloria Rios; his sons, Gabriel "Gabby" Rios, Daniel A. Rios (Dorothy) of Kingsville and Lee Roy Rios (Debbie) of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Robert, Diana, Dina, Lee Roy Jr. and Meagan. He was also cherished by fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
