He was predeceased by: his father Ramon V. Peña; and his grandparents, Mike, Ernestine Sanchez, Benito and Maria Peña.
He is survived by: his daughter Diamond Peña Garza (Emilio); his grandchild Angel Garza; his mother Ernestina Peña; his siblings, Delilah Martinez (David), George Peña and Jonathan Peña (Sabrina); his nephew Sebastian Martinez; and his nieces, Layla Martinez and Jocelynn Peña. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
