He is survived by: his wife Isabel De La Paz of Kingsville, TX; his children, Arlene C. Carrisalez (Antonio) of San Antonio, TX, Irene M. Cisneros of San Antonio, TX, Mariana C. Cisneros Zepaque (Antonio) of Beaumont, TX, Christina Cisneros of Kingsville, TX and Ricardo Cisneros (Christine) of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Arnulfo Cisneros (Marcie) of Kingsville, TX, Reymundo Cisneros (Joann) of Kingsville, TX and San Juana Vela of Rome. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-one step-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
