Rubio of Kingsville and Lucinda Rubio of Kingsville; his grandchildren, Jordan, Roman, Jacob, Joseph, Joel, Krystal and Joshua; and his siblings, Gloria Carbajal, Sylvia R. Camacho, Rene Rubio, Felix Rubio Jr., Daniel Rubio, Ramiro Rubio and Arnold Rubio. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
