He is survived by: his children, Oscar Rios (Jessica) of Kingsville, Rolando Rios of Kingsville, Jose Luis Rios (Maggie) of Port Aransas and Lisa Marie Rios of Lake Eufaula, Alabama; and his siblings, San Juanita Holdferd of Kingsville, Maria Kleck and Ricardo Rios of Kingsville. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
