He was predeceased by: his wife Elva G. Rodriguez; his parents, Donaciano Rodriguez and Enriqueta Rodriguez; and his siblings, Anna Ramirez, Donaciano Rodriguez III and Humberto Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Angelina H. Rodriguez and O. J. Rodriguez (Helen); his grandchildren, Matthew Flores (Devon), Alyssa Flores, Samantha Rodriguez, Ryan Rodriguez and David Rodriguez; and his great grandchild Hailey Flores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
As a fourth Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Tavo personified the qualities of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.
