We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2023, at the age of 88, Norman Oliver (Kingsville, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Oliver and Charlotte Oliver; his children, Joseph Oliver and Karolyn James; his grandson Robert Ley; his former wife Carolyn Smith; and his sister Lucille Bradley.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Ley; his grandchildren, Kelsey McNally, Michael James, Kaylee James and Patricia Ley; his great grandchildren, Nolen Franks, Sawyer Franks, Jett McNally, Rossi McNally, Mary Smith, Grant Smith, Lila Smith, Dawson James, Logan James and Karolyn James; and his pet Fritz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to K9s for Warriors which provides service dogs to military veterans, a cause close to Norman's heart.
