She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Maria Villarreal; her husband Roy B. Moreno; her father Guadalupe Villarreal Jr. (Roy B. Moreno); her daughters, Priscilla Anne Villarreal (Lorenzo) and Jiselle Marie Perez (Joshua); her stepson Jeremy Moreno; and her siblings, Roel Villarreal (Vicki), Yomeida Martinez (George) and Yolanda Burdett (Robert). She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Norma's honor to Hospitality Apartments in Houston, Texas.
