It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noemi G. Ruiz of Kingsville, Texas, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Belisario Gonzalez and Josefa Gonzalez; her husband Juan Santos Ruiz; her sisters, Nelda Lomas and Nadia Gonzalez; and her grandson Eric Ruiz.
She is survived by: her children, Nora Dalia Rodriguez (Arturo) of Corpus Christi, Raul Rene Ruiz (Merida) of Corpus Christi, Roel Ruben Ruiz (Lydia) of Corpus Christi and Juan Santos Ruiz Jr. of Corpus Christi; and her sisters, Noelia Villarreal and Nelia Ruiz. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home (230 E Ella Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church (1102 E Kleberg Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363).
