He was predeceased by: his parents, Nieves De La Rosa Jr. and Elida De La Rosa; and his brother Fernando Nieves De La. He is survived by: his spouse Alba Luz De La; his children, Noel Neri De La, Norman N. De La (Reyna), Arman N. De La, Loriely Beltran (Samuel) of Kingsville, TX and Cynthia Rivera (LeeRoy) of Riviera, TX; and his sister Norma Gonzalez (Frank) of Pueblo West, Colorado. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
