Foster (Shirley); his sister Dianne Foster Gilbert (Scott); his wife Michelle Foster; his children, Tiffany Dorian (Blu), Trishia Aucoin (Rusty), Amy Garza (Honor) and William Wayne Foster (Ayshia); and his stepsons, Philip Van Horn (Jenny) and Stephen Van Horn (Karla). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
