He is survived by: his sister Amelia Silvas (Robert); his children, Mary Lou Peña, Virginia Reyes (Raymond), Max Peña Jr. and David Peña (Eliza); and his friend Tina Munoz. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
