She is survived by: her husband Neiland Pharr; her children, Russell Pharr, Karland Pharr and Cecilia Pharr; her brother John Armstrong; her daughters, Glenda Arrington and Tommie Langley; and her siblings, Jean Willard, Norma Zissa and Charley Armstrong. She is also survived by her children, Joyce also became a loving grandmother and great-grand mother.
