She is survived by: her parents, Luis Alaniz and Maria Acuña Alaniz; and her children, Lydia Alaniz Polanco of Victoria, TX., Manuel Polanco, Hector Polanco and David Polanco of Hedgesville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
