She was predeceased by: her husband Jesus Lopez Sr.; her daughter Maria Elena Vera (Abel Vera); and her siblings, Paula Gutierrez, Jesusa Silva, Maria Cortez, Rosa Hinojosa, Paulita Lomas, Geronimo Gutierrez and Hermenejildo Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her parents, Geronimo Gutierrez and Teresa Garza; her children, Priscilla Bookman of San Antonio, Texas, Jesus Lopez Jr. (Fanny) of Spring and Manuel Lopez (Enriqueta) of Kingsville; and her sister Sofia Silguero of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
