He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Rios and Paula Rios; his son Lorenzo E. Rios Jr.; and his siblings, Antonio Rios, Roman Rios, Daniel Rios, Senaida Rios, Polita Rios and Anita Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Herlinda E. Rios of Kingsville; his daughters, Lydia R. Mendez of Kingsville, Ludivina R. Basaldua of Kingsville, Rosalinda Garcia (Jose) of Kingsville, Maria R. Guerra of Kingsville, Martha R. Hernandez (Joe) of Kingsville and Paulita E. Rios of Kingsville; and his siblings, Herminia Gonzalez, Antonia Gonzalez, Romana Delgado and Antero Rios. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
