She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Evans, Jr; her sons, LeRoy Evans, III of Bishop and Dwight Evans (Lisa) of Phoenix, AZ; and her brother Ernest Smith of Poughkeepsie, NY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
