She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ascencio Barrera and Juliana Barrera; her grandson Guadalupe Alvarado Jr.; her children, Rosalinda Alvarado (Guadalupe) of Kingsville, Ricky De La (Angie) and Rudy De La (Priscilla); her siblings, Esther Bernal, Amelia Utley, Zulema Gonzalez, Ascencio Barrera Jr. (Angelica) of Kingsville and Ramiro Barrera of California; and her grandchildren, Samantha E., Christopher, Ricky Jr., Danny, Louie, Tina, Rudy, Jackie, Scarlet and Brandon. She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
