She was predeceased by: her parents, Frankciso Salazar and Olegaria Salazar; her husband Protacio Najera Sr.; her significant other Manuel Hernandez; her sons, Protacio Najera Jr. and Rudy Najera; her siblings, Heriberto Salazar (Herbert) of Roberto Salazar, Deanda Herlinda, Olivia Olivarez and Anjelita Perez; and her granddaughter Melissa Najera.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Najera (Erika), Raymond Najera (Lyndia), Rosemary Garza, Norma Forte (Rene), Nora Najera and Evelyn Garcia (Jose); and her granddaughter Debra Rivas (Hector). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
