She is survived by: her daughter Eva Orta (Homero Gutierrez); her grandchildren, Nicholas Roberts, Izaiah Orta, Dezorae Orta and Izaac Orta; and her brother Rogelio Villarreal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
