He is survived by: his spouse Randy Fernandez; his mother Patti Wolfe; his siblings, Steven (Brenda), Ben Lukefahr (Brenda), Kathy Parker and Missy Wolfe (Gwen); and his aunts, Irene Lukefahr, Kathleen Lukefahr-Jewell and Patricia Michaels (Wolfe). He is also survived by many cousins and (great) nieces and nephews.
