She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felipe Chapa and Enriqueta Chapa; her husband Frank Rios Sr.; her children, Irasema "Edie" Mayorga, Francisco Rios Jr. (Ofie) of Corpus Christi and Leticia Noel (James) of Kingsville; and her grandchildren, R. J., Cristina, Cindy, Claudia, Johnny, Corina, Matthew and Carla. She was also cherished by fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
