He is survived by: his wife Amelia B. Utley of Kingsville; his children, Velma Utley of Kingsville, Sylvia Utley-May of Calallen, David Utley, Martin Utley, Johnny Utley and Lauro Utley; and his half-brothers, Jose Enrique Utley, Roberto Utley and Homer Utley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
