He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pablo De Luna and Anita Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, Ruben Vasquez Jr. and Ariana Faith Castillo. He is survived by: his parents, Santiago Gonzalez and Dominga Gonzalez; his daughters, Christine Vasquez, Carmen Salinas, Cynthia De La (Rogelio) and Connie Gonzalez (Roger) of San Antonio; his former wife Melba Ramos; and his siblings, Lucia Casas of Bishop, Nicolas De Luna of El Campo, Genaro Gonzalez of Bishop, Esiquel Gonzalez (Amelia) and Ricardo Gonzalez (Josie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
