He is survived by: his wife Diamantina Leyba; his daughter Jestine Leyba; his mother Rebecca Leyba; and his siblings, Yolanda Vilches (Ramiro Barrera), Jose Leyba, Jr., David Leyba, Mary Elizabeth McMillan (Cliffton), Linda Ann Kozar (Thomas) and Terry Diane Leyba. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
