We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2021, at the age of 86, Jesse Alfred Gandy of Kingsville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeta Alpha Gandy (Nelson) and Jim Gandy; his siblings, Dr. James Gandy, Ella Fay (Johnny Mayfield) and Maxine (Alvin Fail); his brother-in-law Kelly Schmidt; and his nephews, Alvin Fail III, James Dollar Fail and Bill Gandy.
He is survived by: his wife Cleva Gandy of Ledbetter; his children, Jim, Nancy Gandy of Ledbetter, Wes, Darla Gandy of Ricardo and Bob Gandy of Ricardo; his grandchildren, Kacey (John Cantu), Cristyn (Cody Pharis), Paige (Tripp Mathews), Jess (Cassey Gandy), Chelsey Gandy of Corpus Christi and Samantha Gandy of Corpus Christi; his sisters, Minnie Schmidt of Mason and Thelma Moody of Kerrville; and his sister-in-law Mickey Gandy of San Antonio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
