He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Cybil Foster and Corrie West Stephens; his stepfather Charlie Stephens; his brother Calvin Stephens; and his stepsons, Michael Haese and Ronald Haese.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster; his daughter Alexis Foster; his siblings, Charlene Holt and Dewey Stephens; and his stepson Richard Haese. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great – grandchildren.
