It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thompson (Kingsville, Texas), born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ludke and Bobbie Thompson; his stepfather Elmer Lee "Tom" Thompson; and his brother George Young Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Adela Villarreal Thompson; his daughter Karen Lee Thompson of San Antonio, Texas; and his siblings, Nancy Elizabeth Vasichko (Gary Vasichko) of Houston, Texas and Richard E. Thompson of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
