He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Jimenez and Rosa Jimenez; his son Jacinto Jimenez Jr.; and his siblings, Luis Longoria, Pete Jimenez, Evangelina Hinojosa and Viola Couling.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Jimenez; his children, Javier Jimenez, Julian Jimenez (Belinda), Arnoldo Jimenez (Crystal), Jovita Lopez (Juan), Mary Alice Jimenez and Marivel Valdez (Jesse); and his siblings, Anselma Almarez (Norberto), Jesus Longoria (Minnie), Adan Longoria (Sylvia), Alberto Jimenez, Lupe Jimenez, Bocho Jimenez and Angelita Sendejo (Mayo). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
