She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Candido Mendietta and Virginia Mendietta; her husband Hilario Garza Jr.; her daughter Dalia Gonzalez; her daughter-in-law Leora Garza; and her sons, Hilario Garza III of Kingsville and Gilbert Garza (Jennifer) of Madera, California. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
