He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guadalupe Saldana and Sofia Saldana; his wife Petra H. Saldana; his siblings, Roel Saldana and Francis Pena; his children, Rachel Garcia of Kingsville, Anna Saldana of Kingsville, Guadalupe Saldana III (Margarita) of Bishop, Eduardo Saldana (Lucy) of Kingsville and Joe Saldana (Cynthia) of New Braunfels; and his siblings, Graciela Ruiz of Chicago and Eloy Saldana of Kingsville. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
