She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Modesto Gonzalez and Dominga Gonzalez; her siblings, Modesto Gonzalez Jr. and Graciela Mata; her husband Alberto C. Bazan Jr. of Kingsville; her daughters, Belinda Munoz (Rosendo) of Kingsville, Brenda Lee Bazan of San Antonio, Glenda Bazan of Kingsville and Priscilla Bazan of Kingsville; her sisters, Guadalupe De La Paz and Josepha Gonzalez; and her grandchildren, Nicolas Munoz, Angelina Munoz, Anthony Alvarez Jr., Destiny Gaytan, Damien Gaytan and Kylie Sanchez. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
