He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Garza of Bradenton, Lori Ann Gomez (Gilbert) of Kingsville, Gilbert Garza Jr. of Kingsville, Faustino Garza (Diana) of Kingsville, Robert Garza (Seneca) of Brooksville and Orlando Garza of Tallahassee, Florida; and his sisters, Maria Elena Villarreal (Guadalupe) of Kingsville, Salome Rodriguez (Apolonio) of Ulysses, Diana Zavala (Robert) of Kingsville, Norma Linda Garza (Cipriano) of Kingsville, Alicia Apodaca (Armando) of Ulysses and Maria Elvira Flores (Edward) of Ulysses, Kansas. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
