He was predeceased by: his father Frank G. Salinas; and his grandparents, Ramon and Damiana Blanco. He is survived by: his mother Magdalena "Maggie" Salinas of Kingsville; and his sisters, Magdalena "Dalena" Salinas of Kingsville and Sara Salinas of Kingsville.
