It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisco Javier Rios of Kingsville, Texas, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Teodulo and Angelita; his daughter Irasema "Edie" Mayorga; his wife Josefina "Fita" C. Rios; his children, Francisco Rios Jr. (Ofie) of Corpus Christi and Leticia Noel (James) of Kingsville; his brothers, Juan Rios (Carol Ann) of Richmond and Joe Rios (Mary) of Houston; and his grandchildren, R. J., Cristina, Cindy, Claudia, Corina, Carla, Johnny and Matthew. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
