He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria De Los Angeles and Alejandro Perez; and his siblings, Gilbert Perez, Hector Perez, Alijandro Perez, Ernesto Perez, Dalia Rios and Consuelo Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Perez; his son Gilbert Perez (Velma); and his siblings, Tivo Perez (Nifa), Oscar Perez (Dianira), Martha Trevino and Rosa Garcia (Robert). He is also survived by four granddaughters and twelve great grandchildren.
