She was predeceased by: her parents, Locario Barrera and Otilia Barrera; and her siblings, Delio Barrera, Apolonio Barrera, Fidel Barrera, Reynaldo Barrera, Leocardio Barrera, Raul Barrera, Angelita Gonzalez and Consuelo Lopez.

She is survived by: her husband Eloy De Leon; her children, Eloy De Leon Jr. (Deborah De Leon), Sylvia De Leon (Manuel Saenz) and Kassandra Garcia (Isaac Garcia); her sister Diana Barrera Guajardo; her grandchildren, Eloy Orlando De Leon III, Christian Dylan De Leon, Nickolas Rey Tamez (Lana Tamez), Clarissa Trevino, Abraham Garza, Cynthia Renee Garcia, Kaytlyn Rose Garcia, Cassidy Rehan Garcia, Kristine Rae Garcia and Cailey Roselynn Garcia; and her great grandchildren, Avia Grace De Leon, Nolan Paul De Leon, Amerson Rae Tamez, Carson Daniel De Leon and Easton Grey De Leon. She is also survived by her husband and children.
