He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francisco, Magdalena Moreno, Hemerijildo and Juanita Rios; his uncle Wenceslado Moreno; and his aunts, Elsa Mercedes Rivera Moreno and Sylvia Mejia.
He is survived by: his father Florencio Moreno Sr. (Maria) of Kingsville; his siblings, Maria Teresa Moreno Trevino (Mario) of Kingsville, Maria Juanita Moreno (Cathy) of Kingsville and Francisco Javier Moreno (Felizia) of Bossier City, Louisiana; his aunts and uncles, Jose Guadalupe Moreno (Esperanza), Hemerijildo Rios Jr., Jesus D. Rios (Patsy), Cristobal Mejia of Kingsville, Ernestina Moreno and Guadalupe Amada Zamora; and his nieces and nephews, Victoria, Izabella, Francisco Jr., Lisa, Miranda and Roberto Florencio "Robby".
