He was predeceased by: his wife Flavia F. Cisneros; his daughters, Irma Fondville and Norma L. Cisneros; and his parents, Donicio Cisneros and Josefina A. Cisneros.
He is survived by: his children, Ester E. Cisneros of Kingsville, TX, Mario R. Cisneros (Dora) of Kingsville, TX and Adan Cisneros of Kingsville, TX. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister; 14 Grandchildren, 26 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
