She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Blaise and Lonie Blaise; her son Tilden Neal Tate; and her husband Ronald Andrew Tate. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Tate Perkins (Tonya) and Candy Wright (Trey). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
