She was predeceased by: her husband Delfino Gomez; her son David Gomez; and her parents, Simon Rodriguez and Josefina Rodriguez. She is survived by: her children, Jesus Gomez (Lisa), Joe Gomez (Shirley), Anita Gomez, Adela Alvarez (Robert), Delfino Gomez Jr., Andrea Gomez and Mary Gomez; and her siblings, Eloisa Mendez, Amelia Gonzalez and Frank Rodriguez. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
