He was predeceased by: his parents, Damas Torres and Porfiria Mendez Torres; his wife Rosita M. Torres; and his great grandchild Iliana Azul Aguilar. He is also survived by his five daughters, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Martin Catholic Church (715 N 8th St, Kingsville, TX 78363).
